An Outstanding Experience
At our salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Rustic Beauty by Natalie experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
- Please make sure you arrive on time. If you are late, your visit may be shortened and you may have to forgo part of your service. If you are too late you will have to reschedule your service.
- We do not offer refunds. We will absolutely try to accommodate you and make you happy and feel in love with the outcome. If we cannot satisy you after we have fixed the issue then we can discuss further options.
- Our prices may go up at any time without notice. Distribution prices are fluctuating on a regular basis. We cannot control it. I really wish I never had to raise prices but I would never raise prices unless I absolutely had to. We will try to warn you if there is a price increase.
- Please be careful when booking appointments. If you are unsure of what to book feel free to message us!
-To avoid No-Show appointments we require a credit card to hold your appointment. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will be charged $40 or 100% for each service whichever is greater. You are reserving time for our stylist. Please make sure you are respecting our stylists hard work and service so that they may give you the best experience that you deserve!
